How Writing Down Our Desires Helps in the Creative Process

Writing down all your wants/desires in every aspect of your life is the initial and the most essential step in the creative process. Our desires actually become substantially true when we write them down. This is just a simple and easy step, but it allows you to take all of the ideas in your mind and put them into the physical world. Quantum Success Coaching Academy with Christy Whitman will explain clearly the importance of our thoughts and beliefs in manifesting our desires and creating our reality.
Next, once a day read your list of desires (what you want to be, to do, and to have). Imagine that each desire has already happened when you are reading your list, and then FEEL as if you already manifesting it. When you imagine about something you want and you feel excited, happy and inspired, it means that you are energetically aligned – and therefore actively magnetizing to you what it is you want to achieve. In QSCA (Quantum Success Coaching Academy), we will recognize that we live in an energetic Universe that always sends back to us experiences which align with the energy we are sending out.
Lastly, allow it. Believe it isn’t only possible, but that it already exists. Envision your future self already living with those manifestations.
