We all have people in our lives who have a tendency to focus mainly on the negative. So whether we are a coach, non coach or aspiring to be a Certified Quantum Success Coach, there is a universal concern which is, “how can I be of service to a client, or a friend, or loved one who insist on talking about or dwelling on their problem?”
First and foremost, you need to understand that problem is an integral part of life and in fact vital part of the process of creation. We have a problem when we’ve identified something that we want that we haven’t yet allowed ourselves to have, or that we’ve identified something that we don’t want that we haven’t yet allowed ourselves to let go. In other words, we have a problem whenever we are discontent with something we presently have or longing for something we don’t yet have.
The moment we identified something unwanted, the moment we experience that feeling of discontent, we have the ability to focus our attention on whatever we see as causing the discontent or to focus our attention on what we’d like to experience instead. There’s a powerful universal principle as law of attraction that QSCA Christy Whitman teaches in depth in Quantum Success Coaching Academy Coach Certification Program. But the essence of this law can be summarized into simple statement, “where attention goes energy flows, and that which is likened to itself is drawn.” By choosing to give our attention to something, whether it’s wanted or unwanted we are actually feeding our energy into that reality and by feeding it into our energy we are causing it to increase and become more.
So if we are flowing our energy and attention towards the problem, then our experience of the problem will gain momentum, it will get bigger. Likewise, if we direct our attention and energy towards imagining or conjuring the solution or if we’re anticipating the joy or satisfaction we will feel once the solution has fully come into view, we are calling upon energy towards a solution that will cause it to unfold more easily. The more our thoughts, ideas, and emotions are aligned with the solution we’re seeking, the more able we are to realize them when they appear.
So if you’re a coach, your job is to know undoubtedly that in every moment there are hundreds of solutions that your clients have the ability to become aware of and any one of them can lead them to the expansion that they’re seeking in the future.
If you are aspiring to be a coach, you can join qsca coaching program and QSCA Christy Whitman will teach you the key fundamentals you need to know to get started as a coach and to create a fun and thriving coaching practice that’s in perfect alignment with who you are, what you value and what you most want to contribute to others.
