Writing down all your wants/desires in every aspect of your life is the initial and the most essential step in the creative process. Our desires actually become substantially true when we write them down. This is just a simple and easy step, but it allows you to take all of the ideas in your mind and put them into the physical world. Next, once a day read your list of desires (what you want to be, to do, and to have).
